Every property is manually measured by a trained HPS specialist using a laser measuring device and iPad.We draw the floor plan on the iPad as the property is measured rather than relying on smartphone scanning apps to calculate square footage.
Residential measurements are calculated in accordance with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s Residential Square Footage Guidelines. NCREC states that brokers are not required by Commission rules to report square footage, but when they do report it, the information must be accurate.
